The app is built and it runs; what it is waiting for is the boring half of shipping — a Developer ID signature and Apple’s notarisation, so that the first time you open it your Mac does not ask you to argue with Gatekeeper. Until that is done there is deliberately nothing here to click, because a download button that hands you an unsigned disk image is worse than no button.
Apple Silicon and Intel, each compiled and tested on its own machine, signed and notarised, as disk images at fixed addresses that never change from one release to the next. The rest of this page is already true — it describes what the first run does, and that part is finished.
